Abstract
Abstract:
This study examines the role of Human Resources Agility in enhancing continuous improvement within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector in Palestine. A descriptive-analytical methodology was employed, targeting managers and department heads in four pharmaceutical companies in the West Bank. Out of 87 distributed questionnaires, 80 valid responses were analyzed using SPSS.
The findings indicate that Human Resources Agility and continuous improvement are both practiced at high levels within the sector. Despite the presence of considerable obstacles to continuous improvement, the results reveal a statistically significant positive effect of Human Resources Agility on continuous improvement. These findings highlight the importance of agile human resource practices in supporting organizational adaptability and sustained performance improvement.
The study recommends adopting flexible working arrangements and establishing specialized units for market and technological data analysis to enhance early anticipation of risks and opportunities, thereby strengthening continuous improvement efforts.
